Jenny contacted me after I shoot a session with her sister, Heather, and her family. These five were so amazing to work with. I think we could have had their session done in 15 minutes, just because they were that easy. But that didn’t happen because I was enjoying their company and their enthusiasm about being photographed together.

Thanks Jenny and Paul for inviting me to take pictures of your wonderful family. I had such a great time!

And since posts are better with pictures…here is one from our trip to the beach. Our sea turtle. We finished him just in time…before he decided to go back  into the ocean. Stupid waves.

Awww, these two little love birds are attending separate colleges this fall. Although they will only be about 3 hours apart, it’s always nice to have great pictures of you together lying around!

Since Christine already had a session all of her own, I figured Robbie needed a picture by himself.

This was our first college senior session…but how much fun. Kristina is a classic example of someone who thinks that they are not photogenic, but the moment they get in front of the camera it seems as though they have been modeling for years. Beautiful, smart and courageous, she is going to be an elementary teacher. Since Kristina went only to and from the Education Building, she never really saw the rest of the campus. So we had a good time exploring the “unknown” of UCF with her while photographing our new model :).

She said that the robe reminded her of when she was an angel in a play when she was younger. Here she is reenacting that memory.

We feel a special connection to this fabulous couple, they are getting married one day before our year anniversary at Leu Gardens, where we got married. I actually think we were couple twins in a other life.  If I wasn’t already married to Beau I think I would marry these guys! What else can I say Jen even brought us the most delicious, moist, chocolaty homemade brownies (shhh…don’t tell the P90X dvd that I cheated on it). She actually saved my life, I think I was going to parish from not having chocolate.

I love leaving a session with a BIG smile on my face and in my heart.

My bff, Niki, came along for the shoot. I have been teaching her the ropes and she is blowing my mind how quick she is picking it all up. Nothing makes me more estatic than when someone LOVES shooting. Did I mention she is a natural? I love this picture of how she captured Dan and Jen. This was one of many.
