im gonna open this one with caymus. i swear i didn’t tell him to smile. he did it all on his own.

fav! check out the behind the scenes on the creation of this picture below.

bryan is the owner of Knightly Spirits, so of course we had to squeeze in some wine into a shot.

much like myself, caymus was also named after a bottle of alcohol.

i love how caymus is looking back at the camera.

the frog.

dear UF, didn’t you invent love bugs to eat mosquitoes? if not, i sure wish you would have. what good do mosquitoes serve? thank goodness they seem to like beau more than me, so i rarely get suctioned for blood. he is sweeter.

beau, hard at work, making the dandelions scatter behind bryan + tiffany. what would i do without him?

you can’t handle this cuteness!

we first met peter + britni at nik + ashley’s hammock beach wedding. britni is a co-owner of white blossom weddings + events. while peter got to hang out with friends at the wedding, britni and her partner, emily, were coordinating the wedding like a couple of rock stars. it was so great to work along side such a organized + talented duo!
i really feel like we have it made. we have wonderful friends that have wonderful friends…that we in turn become friends with and get to do what we love to do…capture “them” in photographs.
so here are our new friends/models britni + peter. or pete as i like to call him.

my view:

beau’s view. HELLO hotness! both of you. i can’t take it!

we just love shooting in st. augustine, there are so many nooks and crannies of places to shoot. thanks guys for scouting these places out for us, we hadn’t stumbled across them yet.

britni, i think that you should have taken your moms advice and modeled. for real.

im jealous of her hair.

i love laughing. and making other people laugh. even if it is at my/beau’s expense. i love you lovey!

im not sure how this pose makes me anymore stable. but it seemed to have done the trick.

im pretty sure he just likes to get dirty. at least he is cute doing it.

our plates are full with some gorgeous weddings and events, can’t wait to get them all up.

i love spring. baby duckies. open windows. 3 o’clock thunder/lightning storms. ok, maybe not the last part so much.
nicole and andrew were on the lam from the blistering cold of chicago to take some engagement pictures here in the good ole sunshine state. we are in turn escaping the sweltering heat of august to photograph their wedding in chitown, the birthplace of this gal. can’t wait to show beau around. not that i was two when my parents fled the cold to head south! ha.
like i said baby duckies. when i see them i start talking in this high pitch baby voice. it’s annoying. even to me.

scout. aka honey badger.

he loves his mama!

work it nicole!

i love this one beau got! it’s so…city.

our puppy girls were very jealous when we got home and they picked up on the scent of this guy.

i don’t know?

my little mull. really he insists on carrying it all.

man i wish we had a boat. although i am sure at the moment it would just sit there and look pretty in our yard, because let’s tell the truth…we don’t have time to go to eat or sleep, much less go out on a boat. one day. possibly.
ryan + erin are getting married next month at our bff venue, hammock beach. adirondack chair style. its gonna be off the hook (oooo ryan + erin, you could name the boat that! haha) and i know at the end of the night we are going to do a heart pound!

i swam with dolphins once. i just feel like they are the dogs of the ocean. if i lived in the ocean i would have 3 rescued dolphins as pets.

heart pound. you must use your imagination on the explosion.

if you think my hair was a mess after the shoot, you should have seen beaus.

the end. and a very nice one at that.

yes girls, be jealous of these curls. no products, all naturale. must be nice. this girls curls do not behave as nicely.

if you trust me to take your pictures, i will trust you to hold my camera equipment. thanks mitch!
